& is opened from 11am-7pm daily.

EveL.’s Sweets was created by Pastry Chef Eve Prince. Eve graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in Nyc and moved up to the New Paltz area in 2007. All of Eve’s “Devilishly Good Treats” are made using primarily local and organic ingredients.
EveL.'s Sweets has many wonderful delicacies to enjoy with four distinct specialty lines. The Jason Safe Cookie Line, The Gluten Free Cake & Cookie Line, The Scrumptious Line and The Healthy Comfort Food Line.
The Jason Safe Cookie Line
This year marked the successful Launch of EveL.’s Sweets “Jason Safe” Line of cookies. The name “Jason Safe” is a catch phrase that means that the labeled goods have no eggs, no dairy and absolutely no nuts in them.
This line of cookies & its name is very dear to Eve and was created in honor of her wonderful nephew Jason. Jason was born with severe anaphylactic reactions to eggs, milk and all nuts. The Jason Safe Cookie Line includes Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lime Shooting Stars, Rosemary Shortbread & Sparkle Cookies. More flavors are in development.
The Gluten Free Cake & Cookie Line
This line was developed for people with gluten issues such as Celiacs Disease and is characterized by very moist and dense cakes and light and flakey cookies. Hopefully these products will put to rest the myth that Gluten Free means dry, gross and flavorless.
The Gluten Free Cake and Cookie Line includes a fudge-like Chocolate Bliss Cake, Almond Layer Cake with Apricot Raspberry Rose Jam, Pistachio Layer Cake with Blueberry Spiced Jam & Walnut Tea Cookies.
Many people who enjoy the Jason Safe Cookies and the Gluten Free Cakes do not have health issues and buy them just for the taste.
The Scrumptious Line
EveL.'s Sweets third and most decadent pastries can be found in The Scrumptious Line. This is where one can find the “more traditional” cakes, although there is nothing traditional in their taste and decorations. Special orders such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other events in which something out of the ordinary is needed is the focus of the Scrumptious Line.
One of the defining traits of EveL.'s Sweets is Eve’s flavor combinations. Some of EveL.'s Sweets signature flavors include the joining of Raspberries and the Essence of Rose, Spicy Chocolate Cake, Saffron Buttercream and Cardamom infused White Chocolate Mousse.
Not to worry, for the less adventurous palate there are many flavors to choose from including rich vanilla bean cakes, where the beans are visible and simple yet delicious buttercreams.
From elaborate and unique to simple and elegant, from multi tiered to a two-person date cake nothing is to big or to small for a special order.
The Healthy Comfort Food Line
The Healthy Comfort Food line is the last, but definitely not the least, of EveL.'s Sweets’ specialty lines. These goodies include Buttermilk Biscuits, Zucchini & Dark Chocolate Chunk Bread, Organic Walnut & Carmel Pie, Carrot Cranberry Ginger Bread, Local Berry Pies, Fresh Breads and so much more.
